Federal Register 2.0 is the unofficial daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other presidential documents. The Office of the Federal Register (OFR) of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), and the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) jointly administer the FederalRegister.gov website.
The OFR/GPO is committed to presenting accurate and reliable regulatory information, making it easier for citizens and communities to understand the regulatory process and to participate in Government decision-making.
